Unlike OSAP, scholarships are money that you don’t have to repay. Scholarships are funds donated by individuals or corporations to assist you with the financial challenges of pursuing post-secondary studies.
The Academic scholarships on this webpage do not require an online application. Centennial College will select the recipient of these scholarships based on your academic performance at Centennial College. Awarded to a full-time student currently enrolled in the second year of the Mechanical Engineering Technician – Design Program (3701), the Mechanical Engineering Technology – Design Program (3703/3713) or the Mechanical Engineering Technology – Industrial Program (3704/3714). The student must have been enrolled first year of the same program, full-time during the previous academic year. The student with the highest cumulative grade point average above 3.0 during their first two semesters of studies will be the recipient of this award.

Awarded to a full-time student currently enrolled in the second year of the Mechanical Engineering Technology program (3703) during the Fall term. The student must be a Canadian citizen or a Permanent resident. The student must have been enrolled in the same program, full-time during the previous academic year. The student with the highest cumulative grade point average above 3.0 during their first two semesters of studies will be the recipient of this award.

Awarded to a full-time student currently enrolled in the third year of the Food Science Technology (3620) during the Fall and Winter term. The student must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0. The recipient will be the student who best meets two of the three following criteria:
- Has the highest mark in the course related to Food Safety (including Food Safety and Food Microbiology)
- Submits the best project related to Food Safety
- Has the most complete and accurate HACCP.

Awarded to a student currently enrolled full-time in the third semester of the Architectural Technology / Technician program (3101 / 3105) during the Fall term. The student must have been enrolled in the same program, full-time during the previous academic year. The student must have obtained the highest grade in Design and CAD Series courses ARCH101 and/or ARCH121. The student with the highest cumulative grade point average above 3.0 during their first two semesters of studies will be the recipient of this award.

Awarded to a full-time, female student currently enrolled in the third year of a School of Engineering, Technology and Applied Science program during the Fall term. Preference will be given to students in the Mechanical Engineering Technology program (3703). The student must have been enrolled in the same program, full-time during the previous academic year. The student with the highest cumulative grade point average above 3.0 during their first four semesters of studies will be the recipient of this award.
