Bring IT programs will require students to own and use a mobile computing device that meets or exceeds the recommended hardware requirements.

Please note: Adobe Creative Cloud is required in most courses offered at the School of Communications, Media, Arts and Design. Please check with your Program Coordinator to be sure. Because access to computer labs on campus is restricted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is recommended that students purchase the monthly Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.

- You must have your own camera:
- A mid-level DSLR (eg. Nikon or Canon) that can shoot video
- A DSLR lens - a versatile 18-140mm lens is suggested. Try to avoid the 18-55mm kit lens if possible, and opt for the 50mm 1.8 if that is your only choice.
- 16GB memory card (min.) for your camera. A second memory card is recommended but not mandatory.
- A camera bag.
- 15-inch MacBook Pro: 2.8GHz with Retina display (a Windows PC with equivalent specs is acceptable):
